How much would scar removal surgery cost for removing only 5 small dots?

I had facial piercings on my face, recently I decided to take them all off,cause I got sick of them, but I now have small brown piercing scars from where the rings used to be in and I tried everything to make them go away, so now I wanna know how much it would cost. This is my last resort. Thanks soo much.
=( I have tried make up and it still shows!!

    Don’t waste your money on that, just use makeup to cover it up :D
